Start of construction and laying of the foundation stone of the Rezidence Engerth

The Rezidence Engerth project has reached another significant milestone - the symbolic tapping of the foundation stone, marking the official start of construction. This modern residential complex in a dynamically developing part of Kladno will offer a total of four apartment buildings, which will be completed in two phases. The first two buildings (BD01 and BD02) will be available for occupation in the third quarter of 2026, while BD03 and BD04 will be delivered in the first quarter of 2027.

The project has been designed by the renowned Expert Architects studio, which emphasizes the combination of modern architecture with respect for the surrounding environment. The general designer is Atelier Smitka and the construction has been entrusted to the experienced construction company Hinton.

In the vicinity of the Engerth Residence, the future owners will find a wide range of amenities as well as opportunities for relaxation and active recreation. In addition, the project boasts excellent accessibility to the city centre, making it an ideal location for comfortable living in the heart of the big city.
