In an interview for the Newstrem podcast, Jan Šulc, Executive Director of EBM, focused on the prospects for the development of Kladno, which is becoming the focus of interest for domestic developers.

He stressed that the advantage of Kladno is not only its accessibility to Prague, where most residents commute for work, but also the more attractive price of housing. With prices below CZK 100,000 per square metre, Kladno appears to be an attractive alternative to Prague, where prices are around CZK 100,000 per square metre.

He also pointed out that the Engerth Residence, an EBM project, is an ideal choice for those looking for a larger living space.
