Laying the foundation stone of the Krčská zahrada project

The Krč garden has passed another important milestone, namely the symbolic tapping of the foundation stone. The premium residential project in the enclosed garden near Brumlovka will offer 30 residential units with all the amenities of a big city in 1Q/2026, when the handover will take place. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2025.
The construction of the apartment complex, designed by Expert Architects, will preserve the maximum number of mature trees to keep the garden as a garden. It will offer the future owners an ideal environment for spending time with friends, meeting with neighbours and for children's fun.
In addition to the wide range of amenities that Prague Krč offers, the intimate project boasts a location in close proximity to Krčský Forest - an ideal place for strolling with a pram, jogging or cycling.
The general contractor of the building is PORR.
