We attended a Real Estate Club breakfast

The Anežka Café in Prague hosted the last Newstream Real Estate Club breakfast of the year in early December, which we couldn't miss. Experts from the real estate market addressed the question of whether or not the new construction law will change the situation on the market, or to what extent.
The discussion was attended not only by Jakub Vais, CEO and co-owner of EBM Group, but also by Kristýna Faltýnková from PRK Partners, Mgr. Tomáš Portlík, Mayor of Prague 9, and representatives of the Newstream editorial team, was divided into three pillars. Specifically, the digitalisation of construction proceedings, implementing regulations and related decrees were discussed, and in
last but not least, the planning contracts under the NSTZ.
The whole morning meeting was enriched with the launch of the new issue of the Real Estate Club magazine, punch, sweets and also a tour of the unique premises where the event was held.
