We successfully completed another acquisition - a project in Prague Kbely worth over CZK 1 billion

EBM Group is pleased to announce a new acquisition in Kbely, Prague, which will expand its offering of quality housing in the capital city. This project will bring nearly 100 residential units and 16 single-family homes, making it one of EBM's largest and most attractive projects in the Prague area.

The project covers an area of 22,878 m² and combines everything clients need - affordable housing, dynamic urban life, amenities and space for leisure activities and family life. A benefit beyond the aforementioned is the fact that the project combines both single-family homes and residential units. This makes the project attractive to absolutely everyone.

Sales of the project are scheduled to start in the middle of next year.
